Knitting has been my biggest passion for more than 50 years. It is a pure magic to see how the long thread becomes a complicated fully fashioned garment. I’m fascinated with knitting structure: seemingly simple loops on the needle can be manipulated in so many ways, to create new fabrics.

It’s not immediately obvious that these different techniques and actions with loops have restrictions. I like to study those knitting laws in depth, to understand the sense and the logic of the weaving. On this page I’m planning to publish articles about my adventures and discoveries in “Loopland”.
